ABHISHEK LODHA
Managing Director of Lodha Group
Abhishek has been associated with the Lodha Group since 2003, and currently serves as the company’s Managing Director since 2010. Prior to this, he worked on advising Fortune 500 Companies to Business Strategy as a consultant with McKinsey & Company (in Atlanta, USA). He has been instrumental in establishing a company that exceeds the expectations of the customer. Under his leadership, the company has transformed into India’s largest real estate developer. Abhishek has a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, USA.
Pranav Goel
Co-CEO
Pranav joined Lodha in 2007 and leads Lodha’s UK business with Gabriel York. Pranav has held numerous roles within Lodha and led the expansion into London in 2013. He obtained an MA in Management from Stanford University and has a bachelor's degree in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi.
Gabriel York
Co-CEO
Gabriel joined Lodha in 2014 and co-leads Lodha’s UK business with Pranav Goel. He previously worked for the Boston Consulting Group leading projects and advising companies in mining, industrial goods, telecoms and retail sectors. Gabriel also served as an infantry officer in the British Army for six years including several tours of Iraq and Afghanistan. Gabriel has an MA in Arabic from Oxford University and an MBA from London Business School.
AB Shome
Finance Director
Ab joined Lodha from Lloyds Bank where he was a Director in Loan Syndications. He has 16 years of banking experience across real estate and leveraged finance at RBS, Société Générale and JPMorgan in roles covering origination, syndication and securitisation. He oversees finance at Lodha managing two of the largest residential development financings in the UK in 2017. Ab has an MA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics (PPE) from Oxford University.
Ciara Gormley
Design Director
Ciara joined Lodha as the Head of Design in April 2018, having spent over 20 years in professional practice, most recently as a Partner at PDP London She is a competition and award winning design focussed Architect, with experience in many sectors including Residential Design, from high end to zero carbon social, urban design, hotels, sustainable design and interiors. Ciara acts as a RIBA External Examiner, and has examined at the Westminster School of Architecture and the Brighton School of Architecture.
Blandine De Navacelle
Associate Director - Marketing
Blandine joined Lodha in March 2017. Prior to Lodha, she worked for LVMH for 6 years between Paris and London. Blandine has experience in the communication and marketing management of luxury brands in the UK, and at an international level. She managed the international communication of Champagne Krug at LVMH holding in Paris, and the marketing of champagnes Krug and Ruinart in the UK.
Candace Relf
Associate Director - HR
Candace has over 20 years’ experience working in HR. Prior to joining Lodha, Candace spent seven years working for Danske Bank as Senior Manager in HR and Development. Born in Germany, educated in Singapore and Belgium, she has a degree in American History from Warwick University.
